Cancellation and Modification

Please keep in mind that we operate on a production-on-demand basis and do not maintain stock of items. Once an item is printed, it cannot be repurposed. However, we understand that there may be instances where the received order does not meet our customers' expectations. In such cases, we will provide maximum support.

You are free to cancel or change your order within 12 hours of placing it, for any reason. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate free cancellations or changes beyond this timeframe. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make any further modifications or cancellations. To simplify the process, please refer to the timeline below.

***Please be aware that the fee mentioned above does not include the price difference between the original price and the price after changes have been made.

Late or missing refunds

In the event that you have not received a refund within a week, we kindly ask you to verify your bank account once again. Additionally, we recommend getting in touch with your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be fully processed.

You may also consider reaching out to your bank, as there is typically a processing period required for refunds.
